For Girls sizes 8-12, we provide you with 2 x Eco Liners - 20 cm cloth pads that absorb 20-30 ml. For Girls sizes 12-14 we will provide you with one Regular 25 cm Eco Pad and 1 x Eco Liner. For Girls size 14-16+ we will give you 1 x Overnight 33cm Eco Pad and 1 x Regular 25 cm Eco Pad. Eco Pads are easy to use - you use them with your regular underwear - just use the snaps to clip them to your underwear. They also absorb a lot more than disposable pads.
