TUDRA ROSE PIGMENT
- is a very intense, vivid, color-shifting flake. Provides top-of-the-line, most dynamic shifts, and bold colors. Showing a wide range of 4-7 colors with a pearlescent flake finish. This kind of pearl works best over a black base.
