Shipping Policy

Below are the estimated timelines for products shipping to your region. Please be aware of your local laws regarding VOCs and which products are and are not legal in your state. Liquid Wrap Labs will not be held legally responsible for orders shipped illegally to your state, nor will such shipments be refunded or returns allowed.

Processing Timelines

We strive to ship every order within 24–48 hours of receiving it. Because a number of the items we sell are drop-shipped from the manufacturer, we are not always in control of when every product in your order will ship.

For custom colors or orders requiring customization, please allow 3–5 additional business days before your order ships. For items not currently in stock, ingredients may need to be shipped to us for proper preparation prior to shipping to you, the customer.

Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Services & Costs

We ship via UPS and USPS. The most economical method will be used whenever possible; however, some products carry restrictions that require shipping by a specific courier (for example, certain flammable or VOC-containing items).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Free or flat-rate shipping promotions, when offered, will be clearly noted on the site or at checkout.

Example estimated delivery times for domestic UPS Ground shipments:

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your order requires multiple shipments or is split across vendors due to drop-shipping, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment as they become available. Parts of your order may arrive separately and at different times.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please document any damage that occurs during shipment with photos and contact us right away. We package products as carefully as possible, but due to the weight and size of some items, damage can occur in transit.

•       Dented cans should generally be assumed safe to use — contact us with any questions.

•       In the event of a total loss of a shipment (for example, spillage or disposal by the carrier), please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC)

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are emitted as gases from certain liquids, including some of the raw chemicals used in liquid wrap products. These compounds are regulated at the federal and state level. It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws surrounding the purchase, transport, and use of substances containing VOCs. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that we believe cannot legally be shipped to its destination.

International Shipping

Because of the variety of products we sell, international orders require additional arrangements. Please email or call us before placing an international order so we can confirm what can and cannot be shipped to your country, along with the available shipping options.

Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order we are unable to guarantee changes once an order has shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

 

RETURNS

Returns are only allowed on items that can be restocked and resold. As all dye drop-ins are mixed when ordered, they are non-refundable. If you have a question on if your item qualifies for the return policy, ask prior to buying. Refunds are allowed within 30 calendar days of purchase only if the product is new/unused/undamaged. ONLY the cost of product purchased will be refunded. Any shipping protection, shipping to, and return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return & only once the product has been verified to be in an acceptable condition.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Our company provides sales and technical support assistance before, during and after the purchase process, and endeavors to provide accurate and helpful information to our customers. However, you, the customer, is solely responsible for making a final determination as to the suitability and compatibility of any of the product(s) we sell. Liquid Wrap Labs takes zero responsibility or liability for the process, usage or end result of the products purchased on this website or any affiliated websites. All cars, paints, and surfaces are unique. Test the product on your car for a suggested length of 3 weeks, and monitor removal. Take special note to cars that have been re-painted, as all paint shops use different types and amounts of materials. Take special note to new cars, as different cars may take longer to cure when painted from the factory. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you release Liquid Wrap Labs from any and all liability regarding the result or results from using the products sold on our website or any affiliated websites.

 

COLOR ACCURACY

Liquid Wrap Labs makes no guarantee to the accuracy of colors on the website. It is absolutely impossible for us to 100% accurately display the final color of your product over the internet. There are numerous factors that go into displaying these colors and those displayed on this site are a representation of the final product only. Due to the many variations of monitors, mobile devices, browsers, etc. color samples may appear different on different monitors. Everyone also visualizes and interprets colors differently. The lighting and coverage of the colors will play a large part in the final product as well. Many of the pearls offered will look differently under sunlight than under lighting.

Gloss & matte/satin finishes will also change the way your final product looks. Most of the speed shapes and car examples posted on our site are with a gloss clear coat. Customers should not expect the same level of vibrancy when using matte/satin finishes.
